About University:

Sri Krishnadevaraya University had its beginning as a Post Graduate centre of Sri Venkateswara University in the year 1968.Fulfilling the desires of the people of the region,the Autonomous Post Graduate centre was given in the status of the University in the year 1981.It conferred the status of an affliating University in the year 1987.

About College:

Sri Krishnadevaraya University College of Engineering & Technology came into existence in the year 2006 to mark the silver jubilee celebrations of the university. It was established to carter to the needs of the technical education of the young generation of the region. It offers Bachelor of Technology in 5 engineering branches Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Enginering. And Master of Technology in 3 courses Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Power Systems and Embedded Systems and VLSI Design from the academic year 2013-2014.

Sri Krishnadevaraya University College of Engineering & Technology was started in the year 2006, during the tenure of Prof. Athota Rama Rao, Prof.Rajuru Ramakrishna Reddy, Prof.C.R.Vishweshar Rao, as Vice Chancellor, Registrar and Rector of the S.K.University respectively and Dr.D.Sai Baba Reddy was appointed as the Principal of S.K.University College of Engineering and Technology. In fact the college came in to existence through the ardent efforts of the Professors and well-wishers of the Campus.

This is the University College of Engineering,Anantapur, is one of the esteemed institutions in Andhra Pradesh. The University College of Engineering & Technology offers 5 Engineering Branches with well established infrastructure & Faculty.

About Fest:

EVINCE-2k18, a National Level Technical Symposium is a quest for knowledge regarding latest emerging techniques in electronics and communication field, Organized by the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering.
